The Magnum 2300 T-Table consists of a semi-automatic case forming & packing system integrated into an adjustable side drive uniform case sealer.  The T-Table is designed to perform quick ergonomic folding of the bottom flaps of uniform cases and provides an ideal packing area, which combined yield reduced operator repetitive motions and greatly improving case packing productivity.  Once cases are formed & packed, the cases are slid forward on the T-Table into side belt drives of the Magnum 2300 to automatically fold the remaining open flaps of the case before applying precise, consistent tape closure to the top and bottom of the case (see the step-by-step pictorial case forming guide in later pages of quote).  As an added feature, the machine can also be used as a semi-automatic case erector by raising the top frame out of the way and forming & sealing the bottoms of the cases only for up to 15 cases per minute.

The machine adjusts easily by crank handles to accommodate cases from 6” to 20” wide, 5” to 20” tall, and from 6” to 24” long.  The Magnum 2300 T-Table comes standard with a powder coated steel frame, height-adjustable legs from 23 inches to 32 inches, locking casters, and adjustable top compression rollers to ensure the gap between top major flaps are closed completely. Dual side belts are driven by individual gear motors to deliver reliable performance, low maintenance, and long life.  The rigid dual masts with twin lead screws provide extra stability for the top tape head and allow for quick and precise adjustment for different case heights.  Also included is a 16-inch long exit conveyor with chromed steel rollers and smooth running precision plastic bearings for easy case movement and long life.

The Magnum 2300 SD-U is equipped with a pair of Magnum 200 series tape heads and will accept any 2-inch case tape, providing optimum case sealing to the top and bottom of the case. An optional 3-inch tape head, model 300, is also available and interchangeable with the model 200.  Highlight Magnum tape heads are engineered to be the heaviest duty and most reliable tape heads in the industry.  The user-friendly design allows for easy tape threading, fewer moving parts for minimal maintenance, and simple built-in adjustability for accommodating virtually any case type.
