CAT3-CHUCK-220 Standard

8.5″ wide “Quick-Chuck” and two Label Flanges.  Label Rewinders wind up labels into a roll as they come out of a printer. If you don’t use a Rewinder, you have to gather up the labels by hand once the printing job is finished. A Rewinder is much more convenient and saves you time.  “CAT” (Constant Adjustable Torque™) has made these quiet, easy-to-use Rewinders the Industry Standard.  The CAT-3-CHUCK includes a quick-locking "Quick-Chuck" Core Chuck permitting the fastest loading and unloading of cores and label rolls.

CAT3-CHUCK-220 Sensor Arm 

Label Rewinders with Tension Sensor Arm.  8.6” wide “Quick-Chuck” rewind Shaft, with 2 Label Flanges and Sensor Arm.  Most inkjet printers are susceptible to banding or registration problems if the web is pulled too hard during printing. The CAT-3-SA features a special Sensor Arm (also called a Dancer Arm) that tracks the labels coming from the printer and prevents excessive tension on the label web.
